Important News – Change to Expert Witness’ Declaration with immediate effect

With immediate effect, changes have been made to the wording of the declaration on expert witness reports used in criminal cases. The change has been made to paragraph 13 of the declaration. The new wording of the declaration is; “13. I confirm that I have acted in accordance with the code of practice or conduct for experts of my discipline namely [identify the code]”
