Somek and Associates remains very much open for business, with some staff working on-site and some off-site at home using a secure remote connection. There will always be an on-site senior manager presence who will also hold responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of our service across the different locations. Our experts continue to remain busy and are engaging in all aspects of the expert witness role. Face to face assessments are still happening, but with reference to the Public Health England advice, and we are taking all appropriate and reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of our experts and claimants. We continue to have capacity available for new case instructions in both liability and quantum fields.
