Virtual assessments article by Jessica Thurston

Jessica Thurston, Chief Operating Officer at Somek and Associates, has recently had an article titled ‘Do virtual assessments via online platforms have a role as an alternative to face to face assessments in quantum cases?’ published in Lawyer Monthly journal.

The article is very topical given the current Covid-19 situation and government rules on social distancing. This has meant that our quantum experts are unable to undertake face to face assessments in respect of quantum case instructions and have been embracing the use of technology to undertake assessments where appropriate and possible.
