I possess a Master's degree in Health Care Law and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, complemented by specialised training in mental health nursing. I can offer a comprehensive understanding of healthcare practices and regulations. With extensive experience in patient care, risk assessment, and management, I have developed expertise in providing exceptional care to older adults with cognitive impairments, dementia, and challenging behaviours.

My roles have ranged from Staff Nurse to Ward Manager, involving high-quality patient care, regulatory adherence, and clinical practice advocacy. Each position has allowed me to apply my clinical knowledge, conduct audits, and manage incident investigations within care settings. In my varied nursing roles, I have deepened my clinical expertise in the assessment, prevention, and management of pressure ulcers, fall risks, and malnutrition. My experience in care homes has been instrumental in developing personalised care plans for residents with cognitive and physical needs.
