Expert Witness Issue 54 Live Online Now

Michelle Caton Richards, the Deputy Quality Assurance & Training Lead at Somek & Associates, began her journey as a registered nurse in 2003. She spent most of her clinical career within the accident and emergency department.

Beyond patient care, Michelle now wears multiple hats. She ensures quality assurance and provides training to new associates at Somek & Associates, nurturing their growth as expert witnesses. Additionally, she collaborates with the broader business, contributing to process development, recruitment, and client engagement.

Michelle maintains her clinical credibility as an ANP (Advanced Nurse Practitioner), tending to patients during regular locum shifts. Her commitment to roles are fully demonstrated in her recent article written for the latest issue of Expert Witness

We thoroughly recommend this highly insightful and thought provoking read, "Do Nurses and Midwives have adequate knowledge and understanding of medical negligence and the medico-legal process?" on pages 23-24. You can also view Michelle's expert witness profile here.
