I work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, involved in complex case management, substance misuse, domestic abuse, behaviour issues, self-harm, delirium, depression, anxiety, acute psychosis, addictions, dementia, safeguarding, neurodevelopmental assessments, and trauma-based work using therapeutic interventions such cognitive behaviour therapy, motivational interviewing and dialectical behaviour therapy. I have invested in significant leadership training to enhance my skills in clinical management. I am a designated safeguarding lead who also is responsible for managing and leading the team. I have recently completed the world class management programme and am currently training to become a best interest assessor.
