Sharon qualified as an occupational therapist in 1995 and began her medico-legal career with Somek & Associates in 2007. She joined the training team when there were just two trainers and now leads a growing team of ten quantum associate trainers. The team promotes expert witness work at recruitment events and provides training and support to help associates develop their medico-legal expertise. Drawing on their own experiences – including memories of writing their first reports – the quantum training team offer expert guidance and reassurance. Outside of work, Sharon enjoys time with family and friends, strength classes, yoga, walking her Cockerpoo Coco, and travelling. With both sons at university, she loves to have the next holiday planned before the current one ends.
