Rachael manages the Associates Team, who are responsible for the recruitment of expert witnesses on a self-employed basis, and for general Associate relations. This includes helping to ensure that the workload and training needs of our Associates are being met, in order to facilitate their progression to becoming independent expert witnesses. Rachael joined Somek & Associates in 2018, having previously worked in publishing as the Managing Editor of two monthly health publications, and as a Legal Proofreader at Nabarro LLP (now CMS) prior to that. Outside the office she enjoys walking her cocker spaniel Mabel, weekly Zumba classes, reading, and travel.
