Nosheen joined Somek in 2015 as part of the Administration Team and has steadily progressed through various roles, before settling as a member of the Clinical Business Management Team. In 2024, Nosheen stepped into the role of Team Leader, where she now manages the Clinical Business Team. Nosheen oversees the team responsible for handling client enquiries. Their work involves identifying the right experts, providing detailed information to clients, managing instructions, and securing contracts – ensuring a smooth and professional service from start to finish. Outside of work, Nosheen enjoys cooking, spending quality time with family, and relaxing whenever possible.
