Professional Experience
I specialise in the assessment and treatment of clients with orthopaedic conditions ranging from elective orthopaedic surgery to complex trauma injuries including limb amputations, hand injuries and severe burns.
I have a particular interest in hand rehabilitation and previously worked as a Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist/Extended Scope Practitioner in Hand Rehabilitation, at a regional trauma unit.
I have over 20 years’ experience of working in the NHS, treating patients immediately following their acute trauma injury, overseeing their discharge planning and helping them to return to the activities that they previously enjoyed.
I currently work in private practice as an occupational therapist and clinical director for The Rehab Team, providing nationwide access to occupational therapy services to private clients, case managers and insurance companies.

I maintain my professional development and HCPC standards by attending relevant training.
Medico Legal Experience
I accept instructions from both Claimant and Defendant Solicitors and Insurers. I have undergone formal training in the medico-legal process and am fully aware of my responsibilities under the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) pertaining to Expert Witnesses.
I am trained in both quantum and liability cases.
I have given oral evidence in court and have been highly recommended by both Claimant and Defendant lawyers and counsel.
