I am a dual-registered adult and child nurse, qualified in 2015, with over a decade of clinical experience. I currently work as a Practice Development Nurse at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, where I oversee clinical standards, staff competency, and adherence to evidence-based protocols. I remain actively involved in frontline care, supporting clinical teams during high-acuity cases and busy periods to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes. My clinical expertise includes complex paediatric and neonatal care, with direct experience in managing respiratory, haematological, and oncological conditions. I am proficient in central line management and multidisciplinary coordination, and have worked extensively with patients with chronic conditions such as cystic fibrosis. This experience enables me to assess clinical practice and standards with precision and authority.
I am fluent in English, Tagalog and Ilokano, which supports effective communication in linguistically diverse cases.

Professional Development

My role includes leading staff education and development initiatives. I design and deliver competency-based training programmes, facilitate reflective practice, and support new staff in clinical environments. I am responsible for reviewing and updating nursing policies to ensure compliance with current evidence and regulatory standards.
