I also hold a law degree and have considerable experience of working within the legal sector, particularly in clinical negligence. Accordingly, I have considerable insight into the conduct of litigation and a thorough understanding of legal reasoning. I am accustomed to analysing complex cases and dealing with medical records and am able to clearly articulate a cogent opinion based on the facts.
I accept instruction from both claimant and defendant solicitors and insurers. I have undergone formal training in the medico-legal process and am fully aware of my responsibilities under Civil procedure Rules (CPR) pertaining to expert witnesses.
